* The address of the individual submitting this form will be used to determine BVSD resident ($30.00/hour) and non-resident ($40.00/hour) rates.

** We are currently accepting court requests for the winter season only.

Court rentals are not available on the following dates:

December 18th-22nd, 25th-29th

January 1st & 15th

February 5th-9th, 19th-23rd, 26th-28th

    Court rentals start on the half hour and have a minimum duration of 1 hour. Start and end times may be adjusted to allow for equipment changes between reservations.

  • What is the purpose? *

    Non-BVRC camps/clinics cannot be hosted at the Recreation Center at Hilltop.

  • Are you a coach of a Blue Valley Recreation team that is participating in our Winter Basketball League? *

    If yes, liability insurance is not required. If no, a Certificate of Liability Insurance must be provided to rent court space.

  • A link to the rental agreement can be found on the Rec Rentals webpage. The rental agreement must be initialed, signed, and dated.
