- Where is the link for on-line registration?
Click the button on the left side of the home page, “On-line Registration.” You will gain immediate access to register for BVRC programs.
- Do I need a customer account before registering on-line?
Yes. You will need to request a customer account, assign a password and submit the information to BVRC for approval.
- Whose name should I use on the customer account?
The customer account should be registered in the name of the person who will pay for any registrations and must match the name on the credit card that will be used for payment. The BVRC requests that the date of birth field is complete for security purposes.
- Why do I have to create a question and answer for my password?
If you forget your password, you can call the BVRC at 685-6000 during regular business hours and request a staff member to access your account. The staff member will ask you the question that you have assigned to your password. The question and answer should reference or remind you of the password that you assigned to your account.
- How long does it take for my account to be approved?
It may take up to 48 hours before your account is approved. Once submitted to the BVRC, a staff member will review your information and approve your account. Your password is encrypted and cannot be seen by staff.
- How will I know when my account is approved?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your account is approved.
- When registering on-line, when is an enrollment confirmed?
Enrollment is confirmed when the payment is processed through PayPal. However, once you accept an opening in a program and register an individual for that opening, you will “hold” that opening until your payment is processed.
- What happens if I click on the "Continue" button more than once?
Multiple clicks on the "Continue" button will result in multiple charges to your credit card through VeriSign. Please be patient while your payment is submitted.
- What is the TouchTone registration option?
TouchTone is the new registration option that allows patrons to register 24-hours a day from any location using a touchtone telephone and their customer ID.
- How do I obtain a customer ID for TouchTone?
If you already have a customer ID assigned for the on-line registration option, you do not need a different customer ID for TouchTone. If you do not have a customer ID, you will need to request one. Follow the insturctions listed above for requesting an on-line registration customer account and an ID will be e-mailed to you.
- When registering telephonically, what information do I need to have available?
You will need your customer ID/password and your enrollment information (enrollee, activity number, etc.) to utilize TouchTone. Registration is completed by confirming the registration information and entering a valid credit card number for payment. Please note that the Blue Valley Recreation Commission only accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards for payment.
- Is my credit card information secure?
Yes, the Blue Valley Recreation Commission uses 128-bit SSL to encrypt all payments through PayPal Inc.
- Will I get a receipt for my TouchTone payment?
Yes, a receipt will be mailed to you within 10 business days.
- How do I access TouchTone for registration?
Call 685-6064 to access the TouchTone registration system. You will then be prompted to enter a Customer ID and password. Once validated, you can begin the registration process.
- If the class that I want is full, can I place my name on the wait list?
Yes, you may place a participant’s name on the wait list of a class that you are interested in. If there are other classes within that program that you are also interested in, you may add a name on the wait list for a maximum of three classes. For example, you may add a child’s name to the wait list of Tiny Tots gymnastic classes a total of three times.
- Can I add my name to a wait list and enroll in another class for the same program?
The BVRC asks that you either add your name to the wait list(s) or enroll in a class – not both.
- Who can I contact if I have additional questions?
