Food and refreshment is permitted in designated areas only. Any decorating, covering, or changes to the facility should be discussed at the time of booking. Renter may use only those facilities or equipment specifically designated on the rental agreement.
Sorry, but adhesives (duct tape or cellophane tape), nails, staples, or screws are not allowed. Masking tape can be used, but must be removed by renter following the event.
The use of alcohol and illegal drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises. Smoking and tobacco use is prohibited inside the facility.
Animals (except service dogs) are not permitted in the Activity Center unless part of a specifically authorized program.
Staff from Blue Valley Rec has the right to enter rooms during rental occupancy.
Renter is responsible for any damage to Activity Center equipment or property.
Anyone violating the established Usage Guidelines may be asked to leave the facility. Misuse of the Activity Center or behavior deemed inappropriate by Blue Valley Rec staff will be sufficient reason for immediately terminating the usage agreement.
Additional charges will be applied to groups who fail to vacate at the specified time.
If additional custodial maintenance is required after an activity (other than normal cleaning), the renter may be charged accordingly.
