Marshmallow Pops

Marshmallows of your choice (there are so many to choose from now)
Melting chocolate (so many flavors and colors from which to choose)
Toppings (you can use sprinkles, crushed up cookies, just about anything)

Lollipop sticks (we bought ours from Michael's with a 40% off coupon)
Styrofoam (we used the kind found in the bottom of floral arrangements)
Foil to cover the Styrofoam
Small bowls for the toppings

1. Cover the Styrofoam with foil.
2. Layout out your marshmallows, sticks, and toppings ahead of time.
3. Melt the chocolate according to directions. We used white chocolate, milk chocolate, and pink chocolate candy wafers.
4. Once the chocolate is melted, dip one end of the lollipop stick into the chocolate and then stick that end into the marshmallow. Push it in about 3/4 of the way. We did all our pops are once to make sure the chocolate had time to harden and adhere to the marshmallow.
5. Dip the marshmallows on the sticks into the chocolate. Cover the who
le marshmallow or cover half of it - it's up to you! We let the chocolate set for just a few seconds and then rolled them into our favorite toppings.
6. Once you have all the toppings you want, stick the marshmallow pop intothe foiled Styrofoam for drying.
7. If you don't have melting chocolate, try frosting. It works just as well and offers a different type of flavor and texture.
8. We put our pops into the fridge to help them harden. You can cover them with wrap or serve them as is.

(Sorry, we were having so much fun making these that we forgot to take photos during!)
