Aging Well Programs

Blue Valley Recreation has partnered with area organizations and businesses to offer exciting activity choices for people age 55 and older. Adults of any age are welcome to attend thse classes. Bring a friend or come alone to meet new people, exchange stories and just plain enjoy yourself. 

Some classes are seasonal and not offered every programming session.  Check our seasonal program guide or online registration for current and upcoming classes.

Classes are held at two different locations - the Activity Center, 6545 W. 151st Street or the Recreation Center, 7720 W. 143rd Street.  Check the web site or program guide for class location (location is also printed on receipt).
