Certifications Held: Johnny G Spinning, YogaFit Level 1, CPR

Class Expectations: Cycle classes are mixed level. I encourage people to set their own intention for each class. Everyone who attends can get what they need - from extremely hard work to beginning leve work. I like to work on form and provide music people really enjoy while the work out. During some classes, we do visualization of ourselves riding outdoors. My classes are a no judgement zone! Participants are encourage to get what they need.

Favorite Workout: Cycle classes (of course!), yoga, push-ups, sit-ups, and riding a bicycle outdoors. I also love Pilates. 

Go-to Protein/Snack: Trail mix, roasted almonds, and hard boiled eggs. 

Relaxation Time: I like to spend extra time with my family.

Favorite Color: Blue because it is relaxing. 

Mantra: Do what is right for you. 

Ideal Day Friend: It would be my dad who passed away several years ago. I would like to talk with him and see him again.
