Favorite Workout: My first love is running. I started taking WERQ classes to cross train for a marathon and I fell in love with WERQ.

Go-to Protein/Snack:   Lemon Coconut Balls - 1/2 cup almonds, 1/2 cup Gluten Free Oats, 1/3 cup unsweetened coconut, 1 cup dates, 3 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 tablespoons lemon zest. Combine in a food processor and roll balls into crushed almonds.

Relaxation Time: Crochet

Favorite Color: Yellow because it's cheery and light.

Mantra: Pain is inevitable, suffering is not!

Ideal Day Friend: My grandparents. We'd have coffee and a nice big family gaterhing and an elegant dinner, so I would see them dressed all fancy and so I could dance with my grandpa.


My husband and I along with our twin boys and our two dogs are all Texans! We moved to Kansas from new Braunfels, Texas and have fond memories of floating the Comal River and eating Texas BBQ!
