8-Week Small Group Coaching Experience (maximum 6 people per group)

  • Initial consultation for each member of the group to set goals, get initial stats, discuss any concerns, what each group member is excited about, and what expectations each group member has for the experience
  • Weekly Zoom coaching sessions (8 total, to be scheduled at the same time each week) focusing on a different topic each week where Nutrition Coach, Jessica, coaches the group, review basics of the program, and an interactive Q & A session with all group members
    • Examples of topics that will be covered each week: 
      • The importance of sleep to your overall health
      • The science of “PFC Every 3”
      • Why traditional diets don’t work long-term
      • Meal planning
      • How to stay motivated to reach your goals
      • Different types of cardiovascular exercise & the importance of weight training
      • Life balance and how that plays into your physical health
      • What to do when you fall off plan 
  • Program guides to help you through the various stages of your experience
  • Learn how to fuel your body in a way that ignites your metabolism and turns your body into a fat-burning machine
  • Access to my private client Facebook page for the small group & all individual clients to interact, share ideas, support one another, etc.  It is your virtual support group, full of like-minded people with similar goals.


90-Day Personal Transformation Package

Includes everything that is included in the 8-Week Small Group Coaching Experience, above, plus:

  • One-on-one support throughout the 90 days.  Your goals become my goals.  I’m your biggest cheerleader!
  • Customized meal planning (because not everyone likes the same foods)
  • One 3-hour grocery store and meal prep session
  • The ability to text me during business hours, between 9 a.m. – 4 p.m., Monday – Thursday
  • “In-the-moment” coaching, as needed, to help you through the “rough spots”

  • Additional one-on-one sessions on a bi-weekly basis after the initial 8 weeks, through the duration of your 6-month transformation
  • Access to Venice Nutrition© meal planning software for customized meal plans and additional recipe ideas
  • A second 3-hour grocery store & meal prep session (2 total)
