2017 Summer Program Guide
Our summer program guide is now available. Summer activities can presently be viewed online on our web page. We are now registering for all summer activities.
Please note - summer registration for youth swim lessons and youth gymnastics began on Tuesday, March 28 at 6:00A online only for Blue Valley School District residents. The reason for a specific day/time is to give everyone an equal opportunity to enroll in these very popular classes. All other forms of registration (telephone, walk-in, etc.) and registration for non Blue Valley School District residents (gymnastics and aquatics) began on Wednesday, March 29.
Online - to register online, a patron account is required. All patrons will need to create a new account with a user ID and password. To create a new account, click the "Online Registration" button on our main page then click "Create An Account."

1. Make sure you know the Email Address you used with your account and your password. (Can't remember your password? Just click on "Forgotten Password" for a reminder prompt.)
2.Confirm all your family members are entered in your household. (This happens quite frequently, either a child has not taken classes with us before or has been too young to take classes.)
- You can do this by checking your family members once you log in. Just click on the "Shop" link from the yellow navigation bar, then selecting "Activity Enrollment."
- You can verify family members from the drop down list.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why do youth aquatics and gymnastics have their own registration at 6am on a Tuesday? These are two of our most popular programs and many classes fill quite quickly. Registration is held on a specific day and at 6:00A so that everyone, including those families with both parents working during a regular work day, have an equal opportunity to enroll in a class. All other activities begin registration when the program guide for a given season is mailed to patrons (i.e., summer registration for programs other than the three listed above begins when the summer program guide is mailed to patrons - typically mid-March).
Do I need a customer account before registering online?
Yes. You will need to request a customer account, assign a password and submit the information for approval. This may take up to 48 hours to complete.
Whose name should I use on the customer account?
The customer account should be registered in the name of the person who will pay for any registrations. We request the date of birth field is completed for security purposes.
Why do I have to create a question and answer for my password?
If you forget your password, you can click on "forgot password" option to request your password to access your account. Two security question you have assigned to your password will be asked. Once both security questions have been answered correctly, your password will be e-mailed to the e-mail on file.
How long does it take for my account to be approved?
It may take up to 48 hours before your account is approved. Once submitted a staff member will review your information and approve your account. Your password is encrypted and cannot be seen by staff.
How will I know when my account is approved?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your account is approved.
When registering online, when is an enrollment confirmed?
Enrollment is confirmed when the payment is processed. However, once you accept an opening in a program and register an individual for that opening, you will “hold” that opening until your payment is processed.
What happens if I click on the "Continue" button more than once?
Multiple clicks on the "Continue" button will result in multiple charges to your credit card through ETS. Please be patient while your payment is submitted.
Is my credit card information secure?
Yes, Blue Valley Rec uses 128-bit SSL to encrypt all payments.
If the class that I want is full, can I place my name on the wait list?
Yes, you may place a participant’s name on the wait list of a class that you are interested in. If there are other classes within that program that you are also interested in, you may add a name on the wait list for a maximum of three classes. For example, you may add a child’s name to the wait list of Tiny Tots gymnastic classes a total of three times.
Can I add my name to a wait list and enroll in another class for the same activity?
We ask that you either add your name to the wait list(s) or enroll in a class – not both.
