General Rules & Conditions
| 1. | Shelters will be available for rental from March 1 through October 31. Patrons may begin calling for rental times after January 1st of the rental year. |
| 2. | Use, consumption or possession of any alcoholic beverages is prohibited. |
| 3. | Persons requesting this reservation will be held responsible for any destruction of property. |
| 4. | Rental groups will be responsible for clean up of the facility. |
| 5. | Full payment is due at the time of the request. |
| 6. | An approved permit will be provided to the user, prior to the rental. The user must be in possession of the permit at time of use and be prepared to show it to BVRC staff if requested. |
| 7. | Cancellations made at least 10 business days prior to the scheduled rental will be refunded 50% of the fee. Cancellations received less than 10 business days prior to the scheduled rental will result in no refund of the rental fee. |
| 8. | Any scheduled rental can be rescheduled, space permitting, however a $5.00 transfer fee will be charged. |
| 9. | If a rental is cancelled by the user due to inclement weather, the rental can be rescheduled, space permitting. No refunds will be given. |
