HVAC Technician
Essential Functions:

Installs, repairs, overhauls, and maintains commercial refrigeration, heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.

Working conditions include restricted movement, extreme temperatures, intense noise, hazardous materials, lifting or carrying heavy objects. This classification typically reports to the Facilities Specialist.

Examples of Duties:

  • Troubleshoots, repairs, and overhauls equipment such as compressors, air handlers, rooftop units, condensers, other mechanical equipment or electrical pneumatic and electronic components.
  • Installs and replaces all types of pumps or refrigeration equipment according to prints, specifications, diagrams, or other instructions.
  • Reads gauges and instruments, and adjusts mechanisms such as valves, controls, and pumps to control level of fluid pressure and distribution in systems.
  • Tests malfunctioning systems and components using electrical, mechanical, digital, and pneumatic controls.
  • Performs planned maintenance, regular servicing, and repairs to refrigeration equipment of all types, sizes, and temperature ranges.
  • Maintains records of repairs or equipment requiring future service.
  • Coordinates work schedules with other departments and shops in order to keep inconvenience to a minimum.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of the HVAC or refrigeration tools, materials, and test equipment.
  • Knowledge of repair, maintenance, and installation techniques.
  • Skill in reading and understanding schematics.
  • Skill in analyzing HVAC or refrigeration malfunctions from performance and test equipment readings and determining appropriate repairs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education/Training:
  • Community college and/or vocational school degree with study in job-related area

License or Certification:

  • Possession of an appropriate, valid driver’s license/evidence of insurability
  • Possession of EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification

FT Maintenance Worker

Employment Classification : Full-time, general knowledge and experience with operation and maintenance of lawn care equipment, tractors and implements, and hand tools; valid driver's license. Skills Needed: safely and properly operate various tools and light to heavy equipment; perform strenuous manual labor tasks related to assigned responsibilities (dragging and marking fields, mowing, trimming, fence repair, etc.); must be willing to work outdoors. 
Age Requirement: 18 and older 
Hours: Monday- Friday, 6:30A-3:00P; must be willing to work weekends a must.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $13.53 /hour

Custodian PT Positions

Full Time and Part Time custodians needed. Great starting pay $13.00 to $13.75.

Full Time position benefits to include the following; medical, dental, vision, long and short term disability, sick leave, paid vacation, paid holidays, and retirement plan. Applicants must be able to complete a background check and pass drug screen. Applicants must be able to work evenings, nights, and weekends. Experience is preferred but not required.
