Mindfulness for Kids & Parents
Parents are encouraged to attend all sessions with their child. Concepts of mindful living in a fun and easy-to-understand environment. Class covers various mindfulness tools including breathing, meditations, and journaling to help relax the mind and to encourage self-awareness.

Spring Break Chinese Language Camp
A sports-themed Chinese camp! This is designed especially for children who are in the Chinese immersion program or know some basic Chinese and want to keep learning over the spring break. Come join us for 2 hours of story time, singing, calligraphy, crafts, and games every day!

Chess Camp
Players with USCF ratings below 1000 will benefit from instruction and ladder/tournament games. Beginners may need help with rules and additional practice outside of camp. All aspects of the game covered, with emphasis on tactics and problem solving. Optional homework assigned to help students learn the game. By enrolling in this class, you give the instructor, Bob Spies, permission to email pairings and class information to you throughout the duration. Bring a chess set.

Five days of the awesomeness of science! Discover how to send secret messages to your friends using special codes. Learn about your surrounding environment and how science will help us protect our planet. Explore how Newton's laws are at work in your favorite sport. Become a young astronaut for a day while exploring the mysteries of the solar system. Bring sack lunch and drink.

Everyone’s a star in this spring break camp! Equal parts for all; no auditions held. Director/actor Miles McMahon and staff cultivate children’s creativity and group cooperation. Youth Tech, Inc. Computer Classes
Join us for youth computer classes held at the AC. Bring lunch and drink for all-day camps.
 
Robotics-Battle Bots
A hands-on opportunity to build and program robots as a team. Compete in real-world activities while evolving robots for more challenges. Campers compete in the battle bots competition at the end of the camp to prove their robot is the best. Perfect for the camper who has a big imagination and likes to build things. Bring a sack lunch to all-day camp.

ROBLOX Studio Programming & Game Development
Calling all ROBLOX users! Join in with millions of gamers and immerse yourself in your own 3D world. ROBLOX Studio is a 3D-based program that uses physics, LUA programming, and individual creativity to build a world around you, and your avatar - unlike any other software. This course will guide students through concepts such as beginner physics, LUA programming, and game development. Students in this course will build and publish their game to share with friends and family!

The staff from Kansas City Sports Club teach fundamentals with an emphasis on fielding and

March Mania Basketball Camp 
Students will learn fundamentals of basketball in this camp. The camp covers all aspects of the game including shooting, passing, defense, offense, agility, and dribbling. Scrimmages and games will be included to add to the fun. Bring a ball with your name on it. Every camper receives a t-shirt.
