As a participant of the Strut for the Streaks 5K, you will receive chip timing, a long-sleeve cotton shirt, water bottles and awards for top overall performance, masters, and 5-year age groups.  A portion of the proceeds go to Blue Valley Blue Streaks- our local Special Olympics team.

 

Packet Pickup

Packet pickup will be at the Garry Gribble’s Running Sports at 11908 W. 119th Street Friday, Oct. 21 from 3-6 p.m.
You can also pick up your packet on the day of the event at the East Concessions (9701 W. 137th Street) at 7 a.m.

 

Age Group Awards

Awards will be given to the top three male and female finishers in the following age categories:

  • 14+ under
  • 15 – 19
  • 20 – 24
  • 25 – 29
  • 30 – 34
  • 35 – 39
  • 40 – 44
  • 45 – 49
  • 50 – 54
  • 55 – 59
  • 60 – 64
  • 65 – 69
  • 70 – 74
  • 75+


Awards not picked up at the event will be available at the Blue Valley Recreation Complex beginning on Oct. 24.

As you can imagine a race/ walk takes a lot of people to make it successful.  So we are looking for some great volunteers to help!  If you are interested, please call 913.685.6030.
