Class Expectations: Yoga should be accessible for all bodies. My teaching style is supportive and encouraging. I bring authenticity, kindness, and compassion to each class. I encourage students to listen to their bodies, move mindfully, and to tune into their inner teacher by giving themselves permission to explore, feel, and adjust as necessary.

Relaxation Time: I love to unwind by taking a restorative yoga class, reading, listening to music, and getting together with good friends.
Favorite Color: Green! It is the color of the heart/anahata chakra. It serves as the balancing point for all the chakras in the chakra system. It is most associated with the air element, love, breath, balance, relationship, unity, and healing.

I will always be a student first, remaining curious and learning. Most weekends I am attending a yoga workshop or training and I love it! This is how I renew my spirit.
