Amilia App Instructions
Stay connected with Blue Valley Rec by downloading our free registration app through the Amilia platform. To get started, the Amilia App instructions list the steps below. Once you download the app, it’s easy to manage your Blue Valley Rec experience. For instance, you can quickly check your activity schedule, update member profiles, and adjust your payment preferences—all from your mobile device. Additionally, the app allows you to scan into our Rec Center with ease.
If you don’t have an account yet, now’s the perfect time to sign up!
Step 1
Create your Amilia Account
The Amilia mobile app provides quick and convenient access to your most important Blue Valley Rec activity information. While you can’t register for programs directly through the app, it still offers several helpful features. For example, you can easily check your activity schedule, view account member profiles, and scan into the Rec Center @ Hilltop. As a result, staying on top of your activities has never been easier!

Access your ID
The Account tab becomes especially helpful if you or your family members belong to the Rec Center, where staff require you to scan for entry. Since the system directly links memberships and multi-passes to each member’s ID number, this section keeps everything easily accessible.
Additionally, you’ll see a list of all account members. Simply tap on a member’s name to view their profile picture, scanning barcode, and Amilia ID.
If you’d like to add or update a photo, just tap “Change Profile Picture” to make the change.
Step 4
Check the Settings
The Settings tab offers several important features to help you manage your Amilia account more efficiently.
To begin with, the Payment Method option allows you to manage your saved credit cards or bank accounts, as well as view upcoming payments. Please note that selecting this option will redirect you to sign into your account through a web browser.
Next, the User Agreement outlines terms and conditions that Amilia associates with your personal account, while the Privacy Policy explains how Amilia collects and protects your personal information.
Additionally, you can switch the app’s display language from English to French using the Language toggle.
Finally, if you choose to log out, you’ll need to re-enter your email and password the next time you access the mobile app.
