3-Lane Indoor Track on the Joints
Walking is a great low-impact cardio workout that’s friendly on your joints and an activity you can do all year around in Overland Park. Our indoor walking and running track offers a climate-controlled track for joint-friendly workout. The track is available for Rec Center members only and we offer daily, monthly, and annual memberships to our Rec Center.
Each lap of the track is 1/7th of a mile
Each corner has additional stretching and strengthening equipment.

- 7 laps = 1 mile
- DynaForce Running Track Flooring provides support and durability for all athletes
- Direction of the track changes daily
- Slower traffic use inside lanes, faster traffic use outside lanes
- Membership needed to use the track
- Ages 15 and under MUST supervised by an adult (18+) while using the track
- Ages 14-15 may complete a fitness orientation and use track unsupervised
- Ratio of (1) adult to (2) children ages 15 and under on the track
