Fall Coed Youth Volleyball League

A Coed League for all Hitters, Setters, Blockers

(August-October)

Blue Valley Rec’s Youth Volleyball League is open to all players entering grades 2 through 7 during the fall academic year. This league offers a fun and supportive environment for players of all experience levels. Practices begin in mid-August and continue through mid-October, with each team enjoying six practices and playing eight matches over a nine-week season.

Grade-Specific Divisions

Our grade-specific youth volleyball league bring fun, teamwork, and skill-building come together on every team. We divide the league into grade-specific divisions based on the upcoming fall academic year. Additionally, we strive to place players on teams with others from the same school, fostering stronger connections and camaraderie.

Volleyball that Grows with each Player

Our league grows with each player’s skills. Grade 2 uses an oversized ball on six-foot-six-inch nets for instruction only, with no standings. Grades 3–4 switch to a Volleylite ball on the same net height and begin tracking standings. Grades 5–6 keep the Volleylite but move to seven-foot nets, while Grades 7–8 advance to a Molten L2 ball on seven-foot-four-inch nets for higher-level play.
