Les Mills BODYPUMP

Cycle Bootcamp

Then, every 10 minutes, you’ll switch gears with strength-building exercises off the bike using body weight and resistance bands. As a result, you’ll challenge your heart, mind, and muscles in one fun and efficient session. Best of all, no special gear is required—bike shoes are not recommended for this class.
Dance Fitness Classes

As a result, you’ll burn calories, improve endurance, and leave class feeling strong and empowered. Best of all, no dance experience is needed—just bring a towel, a water bottle, and your best moves!

POLICY
Blue Valley Rec and its partners reserve the right to use all photographs and video footage of participants for promotional purposes. Specifically, this includes materials used in print, digital media, advertisements, and social media promotions. Moreover, drone footage is also included under this policy.
Waiver
In addition, by participating in our programs or events, individuals acknowledge and accept the potential use of their image for marketing purposes. As a result, these visuals help us showcase the energy and excitement of our leagues and activities across various platforms.
Class registration is available for members only 72 hours in advance of each class occurrence. Those who obtain a daily pass may only reserve their space on the day the pass is active.
Participants who wish to cancel a registration must do so at a minimum of 60 minutes prior to class beginning or will otherwise be charged a $5.00 late cancellation fee. Blue Valley Rec reserves the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment or instructor availability.
