Registration FAQs
Do I need a customer account before registering online?
Blue Valley Rec registers all activities through Amilia, our online registration platform. If you already created an Amilia account, move on to the next section. If you haven’t set one up yet, follow the instructions to create your account.
Whose name should I use on the customer account?
Register the customer account under the name of the person who will pay for any registrations. Please complete the date of birth field to help us verify your identity for security purposes.
How long does it take for my account to be approved?
You create your account when you complete the online process. The system encrypts your password, so staff cannot view it.
When registering online, when is an enrollment confirmed?
We confirm your enrollment once we process your payment. However, when you accept an opening in a program and register someone for it, you temporarily hold that spot until we receive your payment.
Is my credit card information secure?
Yes, Blue Valley Rec encrypts all payments using 128-bit SSL.
If the class that I want is full, can I place my name on the wait list?
Yes, you may add a participant’s name to the wait list for any class you’re interested in. If you’re interested in multiple classes within the same program, you may place the name on the wait lists for up to three classes.
Can I add my name to a wait list and enroll in another class for the same activity?
Please either add your name to the wait list(s) or enroll in a class—but not both.

Can I cancel an activity through my app?
No, a staff member must cancel your activity and begin the refund process.
