Saturday-Sunday: 7:00AM - 6:00PM

3-Lane Indoor Track on the Joints

Walking is a great low-impact cardio workout that’s friendly on your joints and an activity you can do all year around in Overland Park. Our indoor walking and running track offers a climate-controlled track for joint-friendly workout. The track is available for Rec Center members only and we offer daily, monthly, and annual memberships to our Rec Center.

 

Size

Each lap of the track is 1/7th of a mile

Corners

Each corner has additional stretching and strengthening equipment.

Our indoor walk/run track has fitness equipment at every turn. It’s a great addition to your walking and running workout whether you seek strength training or help with stretching.

Each corner has a stretching mat to help you get your best workout.

Dumbbells and cardio equipment provide an extra boost to your walking or running workout.
