Thanks to our two heated indoor pools, you’ll enjoy year-round access to a wide range of water activities. From learning to swim to staying healthy to enjoying quality time with family, our aquatics facility is the perfect place to dive in.

Swim Lessons

From toddlers just starting out to adults building confidence in the water—our swim lessons offer something for everyone. First, swimmers will learn essential water safety and foundational swim techniques in a supportive, instructor-led environment. Then, as their skills grow, they’ll continue to build strength, confidence, and endurance.

Parents help their baby learn to feel comfortable in the water.

Parent & Child

  • Ages 6 months to 3 years
Adult Participation Required

First, swimmers will begin with blowing bubbles and practicing bobs to get comfortable putting their face in the water. Then, they’ll advance to front floats and front glides—both with face in—to improve balance and body position. As coordination builds, they’ll learn the basics of front crawl. Finally, swimmers will develop back floats and back glides.

Goldfish - Preschool Level 1

  • Ages 3 to 5 years
Preschool Level 1

Swimmers start out blowing bubbles and bobs to get comfortable putting their face in the water. Then, they’ll progress to front floats and glides to improve balance and body position. As coordination grows, they’ll learn front crawl basics. Finally, they’ll develop back floats and glides, completing a well-rounded foundation of early swim skills.

Sunfish - Preschool Level 2

  • Ages 4 to 5 years
Preschool Level 2

At this level, swimmers refine bubbles, bobs, and front float with face in. Next, they’ll swim five yards of front crawl and backstroke and master front and back floats. Additionally, they’ll learn to roll from front to back and vice versa—crucial for safety and stroke transitions. As they advance, an intro to circle arms prepares them for more complex strokes.

Clownfish - Preschool Level 3

  • Ages 4 to 5 years
Preschool Level 3

Swimmers continue building strength and technique as they advance. Starting with bobs and front floats, they then swim front crawl with face in for 10 yards and begin learning rotary breathing. Next, they practice back floats and swim 10 yards of backstroke. As they progress, they’ll be introduced to breaststroke arms and learn to jump into deep water and float.

Jellyfish - Level 1

  • Ages 6 to 15 years
Level 1

Begin with bobs and front floats, then progress to swimming front crawl for 10 yards with face in. As swimmers gain confidence, they’ll be introduced to rotary breathing and continue with back floats and 10 yards of backstroke. Next, they’ll explore breaststroke arms and practice jumping into deep water followed by floating. This level enhances stroke technique, breathing control, and deep-water safety.

Sea Turtle - Level 2

  • Ages 6 to 15 years
Level 2

Start with bobs and front/back floats to reinforce control and balance. Then, advance to front crawl with rotary breathing and backstroke for 15 yards each. As confidence grows, swimmers learn sitting and kneeling dives, tread water for 1 minute, and perform breaststroke with arms and kick for 10 yards. Finally, they are introduced to the dolphin kick and building strength.

Stingray - Level 3

  • Ages 6 to 15 years
Level 3

Begin with bobs to reinforce breath control, then swim 25 yards each of front crawl with rotary breathing, backstroke, and breaststroke. Next, get introduced to butterfly and practice kneeling and compact dives. As skills progress, swimmers will tread water for 2 minutes and learn freestyle flip turns.

Barracuda - Level 4

  • Ages 6 to 15 years
Level 4

Start by building endurance with 50 yards each of front crawl, backstroke, and breaststroke. Then, advance to 25 yards of butterfly and tread water for 3 minutes to improve stamina. Next, learn standing dives and starts, followed by an introduction to backstroke flip turns and open turns.

Pre-Swim Team Conditioning

  • Ages 6 years and up
Competitive

Begin by refining front crawl with rotary breathing for 50 yards, then build endurance with 50 yards of backstroke. Next, strengthen technique with 25 yards of breaststroke. Finally, develop power and coordination with 15 yards of butterfly. This level focuses on stroke mastery, stamina, and preparation for swim team or advanced training.

Swim Team Conditioning

  • Ages 6 years and up
Competitive

Start by mastering freestyle with rotary breathing for 100 yards, then continue with 100 yards each of backstroke and breaststroke to build strength and consistency. Finally, increase power and coordination with 50 yards of butterfly.
