Swim Lessons
From toddlers just starting out to adults building confidence in the water—our swim lessons offer something for everyone. First, swimmers will learn essential water safety and foundational swim techniques in a supportive, instructor-led environment. Then, as their skills grow, they’ll continue to build strength, confidence, and endurance.

Parent & Child
- Ages 6 months to 3 years
Adult Participation Required
First, swimmers will begin with blowing bubbles and practicing bobs to get comfortable putting their face in the water. Then, they’ll advance to front floats and front glides—both with face in—to improve balance and body position. As coordination builds, they’ll learn the basics of front crawl. Finally, swimmers will develop back floats and back glides.

Goldfish - Preschool Level 1
- Ages 3 to 5 years
Preschool Level 1
Swimmers start out blowing bubbles and bobs to get comfortable putting their face in the water. Then, they’ll progress to front floats and glides to improve balance and body position. Sunfish - Preschool Level 2

Preschool Level 2
At this level, swimmers refine bubbles, bobs, and front float with face in. Next, they’ll swim five yards of front crawl and backstroke and master front and back floats. Additionally, they’ll learn to roll from front to back and vice versa—crucial for safety and stroke transitions. As they advance, an intro to circle arms prepares them for more complex strokes.

Clownfish - Preschool Level 3

Preschool Level 3
Swimmers continue building strength and technique as they advance. Starting with bobs and front floats, they then swim front crawl with face in for 10 yards and begin learning rotary breathing. As swimmers gain confidence, they’ll be introduced to rotary breathing and continue with back floats and 10 yards of backstroke. Next, they’ll explore breaststroke arms and practice jumping into deep water followed by floating. This level enhances stroke technique, breathing control, and deep-water safety.

Sea Turtle - Level 2

Level 2
Start with bobs and front/back floats to reinforce control and balance. Then, advance to front crawl with rotary breathing and backstroke for 15 yards each. Finally, they are introduced to the dolphin kick and building strength.
