Request a Rental Space

Looking to request a space to rent in Overland Park for a meeting, 5th grade party, baby shower, practice, or a scout function? We’re your answer! We have two classrooms that seat 20 (or you can combine the two classrooms for a larger crowd), a gymnastics center, and an indoor pool available to rent privately, subject to availability. Just answer a few questions, and we’ll get back to you with more information. Availability is limited on weekends and holidays. Please note that completing this form does not confirm a reservation for any rental space. Rentals are not confirmed until a contract is signed and payment is received. All rules of the facility and area apply to rentals. A gymnastics coach is provided for gymnastic center rentals and lifeguards are provided for pool rentals.

Just to let you know, it may take us a couple of days to respond, especially if the request is submitted during the weekend.
