Deep Water Aqua Fit & Arthritis Aqua Fit

  • Ages 18 and up

Deep Water fit

Arthritis Aqua Fit

Aqua River Mix

Start in the Lazy River Channel with high-intensity exercises designed to elevate your heart rate. Then, use the current to jog, perform aerobic movements, and use resistance equipment to strengthen your upper body. Finally, move into the lap pool to focus on core and upper body conditioning, maximizing your workout from start to finish.

Lap Swim

  • Age 16 and up

The perfect workout for those looking to improve cardiovascular health and strengthen muscles while enjoying a low-impact exercise. Lap Swim is available for all abilities with four lanes in our 84-86 degree lap pool. Lap lanes can be reserved and we do have a few Drop-in times available.
