Step up to the plate this season and enjoy adult softball in Overland Park. Whether you’re a seasoned player or just getting back into the game, our leagues offer something for everyone. Men’s and coed teams are welcome, so it’s easy to find the right fit.
Leagues & Tournaments
Friendly Competition
All games take place at the Blue Valley Rec Sports Complex. Not only does it feature eight lighted fields, but it also includes a full-service concession stand. Moreover, families can enjoy the on-site playground.
Spring Adult Softball League
- Ages 19 and up
Shake Off the Cold
The Spring season starts in mid-March and, in addition, includes seven weeks of play with a variety of nights to choose from.
Summer 1 and Summer 2 Adult Softball League
- Ages 19 and up
Two Chances to Play
Summer 1 season starts in late May with 10 weeks of exciting gameplay; meanwhile the Summer 2 season starts in early July with seven weeks of action.
Fall Adult Softball League
- Ages 19 and up
Flexible Nights
The Fall season begins in early September with seven weeks of play; additionally, teams can choose nights that fit their schedule. As a result, players enjoy consistent competition while balancing other commitments.

We host exciting tournaments each year; furthermore, we rent the Sports Complex to outside groups. In fact, many choose our facility for its top-tier amenities and convenient location.

Want to play but don’t have a team? No problem, simply put your name on our Free Agent List so that teams can easily find and connect with you.
POLICY
Blue Valley Rec and its partners reserve the right to use all photographs and video footage of participants for promotional purposes. Specifically, this includes materials used in print, digital media, advertisements, and social media promotions. Moreover, drone footage is also included under this policy.
WAIVER
In addition, by participating in our programs or events, individuals acknowledge and accept the potential use of their image for marketing purposes. As a result, these visuals help us showcase the energy and excitement of our leagues and activities across various platforms.
