Blue Valley Rec’s Sports Complex in Overland Park is nestled between Switzer and Antioch on 137th Street. Entrances to all fields can be found on 137th Street, which you can access from Switzer, Antioch, Grant, or Grandview.

1981 – Miller’s Woods opened with 8 fields
1988 – Blue Valley Recreation assumed possession and operations

We went there to watch a softball game. The fields are beautiful and well take care of. The umpires at least for our game were great. There is a concession stand for food and drinks and there are bathrooms. There is plenty of parking for everyone. Make sure you read the signs, there are more than 20 softball/baseball fields.

I have grandsons that play baseball at the complex. What a great facility with so many fields. Parking was easy and close to the field they played on. Everything seemed to be very well maintained.
