Youth Sports Equipment Information Form

Blue Valley Rec will provide youth sports equipment for coaches who would like it. Equipment can be picked up at the sports office on or after July 30. BVRC summer coaches should keep their equipment for the fall season. This form must be returned by July 23, 2025.
