Youth Sports Fall Baseball and Softball Practice Request

Practices will be held at the following fields please pay close attention to which days are available at each location. Blue Valley Rec will assign one practice field a week. Please indicate your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choices of day, time, and location.

Times are as follows:
Monday through Thursday: 5:00-6:15; 6:15-7:30, 7:30-8:45 (7:30-8:45 only available at the Sports Complex)
Friday: 5:00-6:30
Sunday: 12:00-1:15, 1:15-2:30, 2:30-3:45, 3:45-5:00, 5:00-6:15

Notes:
• Teams need to list at least one school field.
• The majority of games will be played on Monday & Tuesday nights.
• Please return this form by 7/23. Coaches will receive their practice assignment on 7/30.
