Youth Sports Pre-Schedule Conflict Form

The following rescheduling policy has been implemented for the season.  All coaches are required to adhere to this policy.

Pre-Schedule Conflicts

In order to accommodate any scheduling conflicts prior to the completion of the game schedules, requests for conflicts involving school or non-school activities must be turned into the BVRC.  All requests must be made on the Pre-Season Schedule Conflict Form.  Coaches should speak with their team prior to the season to determine any possible scheduling conflicts.

• Consideration to accommodate conflict(s) will only be given if the majority of the team is affected.
• Requests will be limited to a maximum of two per team.
• A request for a long period of time (i.e., one week) is not guaranteed to be fully accommodated.
• A request made during a critical time in the schedule (i.e., the post-season tournament) will not be accepted.
• Rescheduling requests should include a detailed explanation of the conflict, how many players are affected, the date, and time of the conflict.
• Once the schedule has been posted, there will be limited, if any, available space to reschedule.
